    You can use the Clover files to start the installation and post installation, but if you don't have NVIDIA® GeForce® 940MX, you'll need a different set of DSDT/SSDT. Start with the provided Clover files, clear the files in /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Origin Boot to Clover GUI, hit F4 on the keyboard. Continue with the installation. Compress and attach /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Origin for patching after installation

    I'm pretty sure the system has an Alps touchpad and not SmartTouch. so remove the ApplePS2* kext and replace with this

    That could be the kext issue, did you consult with EmLyDinesh? I don't own an Asus, but on Dell, the keyboard Backlight has no visual animation. What does it even look like?

    What OS X are you trying to install? For Kabylake, you should go with 10.12.6 or 10.13.0 You'll need to set in the BIOS: DVMT Pre-Allocated memory size to 64MB and up Disable CFG-Lock UEFI Secure Boot Off Create your Installer and install Clover Replace attached files into /EFI/Clover Boot to Clover, hit F4. Compress and attach EFI/Clover/ACPI/Origin here What version is the BIOS? B250M-D3H.zip

    You're already on the latest version of Rehabman's VoodooPS2Controller for Synaptics. If it doesn't work well, you could try Dinesh's version here

    Use compiler 6.1, no error from your DSDT.dsl file No need to patch for AirPort Extreme, the FakePCIID kext will take care of it.
