  1. looks like your SMBIOS profile in the installer is not supported in sierra. choose one that best fits your machine and is sierra compatible.
  2. what bios version are you on i think the GTX has UEFI GOP driver support have you tried using with CSM or without why legacy clover also what graphics ports are you using
  3. check your clover install log in EFI normally it should say this Removing drivers64UEFI/VBoxHfs-64.efi driver because HFSPlus driver present ====================================================== but it sounds like maybe the updater prefpane might have a bug. that used to happen on older clover installs.
  4. what happens if you wait a bit does it stay like that?
  5. you can probably follow the opti 9010 thread for the 3010
  6. kaya check here https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/5966-details-about-the-smart-touchpad-driver-features/ its linked in the first post
  7. i am not sure but this might do the same frosty if you care to test https://pikeralpha.wordpress.com/2016/10/11/black-screen-tip-of-the-day/
  8. on the old dell D620/630 you where able to just swap in a higher resolution screen lid but you had to make sure you got it with it's cable. seems others have swapped the screen itself here http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/e7250-e7240-screen-upgrade-possibility-fhd-ips-matte.775211/
  9. this line might be why it does not load <key>IOPCIMatch</key> it might need to be <key>IOPCIPrimaryMatch</key> if not then use the default VoodooHDA key and string values <key>IOPCIClassMatch</key> <string>0x04030000&0xffff0000</string> and remove mine <key>IOPCIMatch</key> <string>0x80861E20</string> my string value is the device id i get for my 9010 audio from DPCI Manger app
  10. you might have to load your clover kexts into Library /Extensions so they can be in kernel cache instead of injected. it might be the kext injection thats being blocked by CSR.
  11. you can extract it from the installer you can use pacifist app.
  12. you can not boot newer OS's without having a generated prelinked kernel. Booting without caches is not supported any more since I think el cap. try booting to installer and run a fix on your drive with disk utility.
  13. if your getting stuck at root device from the usb installer try switching USB ports.
  14. edit the kexts info.plist inside the kext to your likings. that will make them "stick"
  15. did you try the kext rehabman made that herve linked too?
  16. https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/5907-manually-controlling-the-cooling-fan-of-a-dell-laptop-or-pc/
  17. hah found this in the archives i wonder if it works with the new os's https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/50-voodootscsync-for-amd-and-intel/
  18. Patches for Broadcom kexts in clover will need to be renamed to com.apple.driver.AirPort.Brcm4360 or Brcm4360 starting from clover rev 3956. for you DW1550/1560 users. other patches might also be affected since they made kext to patch code more stringent in 3956. EDIT: clover is now back to normal in rev 3960 you do not need to use bundle identifier any more.
  19. can you shine a light into it and see if there is an image? maybe the backlight is off.
