Not supported since Lion 10.7 as Hervé said above. Try DW1510, works out of the box.

You need to install Clover to the SSD first, then replace Config / kexts/ ACPI folder

Sorry, accidentally included both FakeSMC.kext and VirtualSMC. Remove FakeSMC.kext since it's a bit outdated or replace with a current one and remove VirtualSMC.

Remove IntelGraphicsFixup & CoreDisplayFixup and replace it with Whatevergreen.kext

In Config file, under boot, set the Default Boot Volume with the name of your SSD. (Case sensitive), Set Timeout to 1 or 2 seconds.

Make sure that if you only have 1 memory stick that it should be in the 1st slot or add the memory info in Config file under SMBios. By the way, please refrain from posting from TonyMax site. Read your user agreement

Have you tried the attached files? Also if you only have 1 memory stick, make sure it's in the 1st slot, alternatively you could add the ram info under the SMBIOS section.

Does the Bluetooth show up in the USB section of System Information? In /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other/CopyToLE are 2 kexts, copy them to /Library/Extensions Repair permissions and rebuild cache

You need Legacy Option ROMS enable in the BiOS

Check the BIOS, if it saids Intel, it's not supported. You could also use DPCIManager.app to view under PCI List Give this a try, replace the attached contents into /EFI/Clover For you lower resolution display, use the Config-LoRes.plist and rename it to Config.plist E6x30_HD4000_Only_Mojave.zip

What's the display resolution? What device is the Bluetooth /Wifi?
