Sounds like it might not be loading your graphics. Please add your systems spec to your signature, that would be helpful for us to assist. Include: CPU, ie i5-2520m GPU, ie HD3000 Display resolution, i.e. 1366x768 Chipset?

What audio kext are you using? Does it show up in preferences and does it autoswitch when you plug in the headset?
-
What sound card do you have? Most likely IDT 92HD90bxx. See my link below for Exx20_AppleHDA if you're install Mavericks. See Yosemite Guide link for Yosemite version in post #2 of guide.
-
Are you installing Yosemite or Mavericks? If Yosemite, you need to remove the module FileNVRam.dylib. It will hang at the error you are referring to.
-
Since you don't need to connect to external display, you can just use the vanilla kext. As I said, just restore it from your Installer with a kext utility.
-
If you delete AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB and AppleIntelHD3000Graphics from /S/L/E, then you won't be able to get QE/CI. Those kexts are required. Restore them if you have the backup files or grab them from your Installer.
-
1st Generation Intel HD is not supported, you won't have a good experience with it even if you are able to successfully install Yosemite. Just remove AppleIntelHDGraphics* from /S*/L*/E* should get you to boot to the installer.
-
The path should be EFI/Clover/Cloverx64.efi not EFI/Boot/Cloverx64.efi
-
so you have full QE/CI now? I'm not seeing a question here.
-
What's your question? Does the new config work?
-
it's corrupted. Need to remove this if you are removing all the patches. KextsToPatch

Look here for full packs. The D630 pack might work, but will need a little patch on the DSDT to show the correct Nvidia card.
-
Have you tried the 2 versions here? You'll need to patch DSDT to layout-id 03. You might need to restore ACPI kext to get sound to work. For Trim, you can add the patch to your Clover config.

Well said Hervé and Bronxteck

@jolly roger, queper also noted "I am a complete newbie building OSX on a Hardware System, I only had few virtual OSX's (10.6 & 10.9) running until now. I have used 10.6 to build the USB Stick. All BIOS Settings are set to back default, only UEFI is active. CPU XD Support is switched on." You need to set SATA Operation to AHCI too.

The bluetooth patch allows it to be turn on and off. Awesome, let me know how that goes, no need to re-install OS X. Might need patches to get it all to work though.

Do you mean HDMIAudio by Andrejkw? I thought it's only for Nvidia and AMD...
-
Can you boot with SafeMode or no cache mode?
-
If you have kexts in /EFI/Clover/Kexts/Other, make sure to delete all the other folders.

I'm assuming you're on Chameleon loader. Download Chameleon Wizard v4.4.1 Go to Modules tab and install Sata.dylib

I have not have issue with DSDT/SSDT issue after updating BIOS on my other models before, but won't know until we try. Maybe it might have a good outcome to fix the hanging issue Update: Updated BIOS to A04 Updated Clover to v3215 So far not issue found. Also got Bluetooth working with the Intel AC 7265 card. Go to IOBluetoothFamily->contents->Plugins->BroadcomBluetoothHostControllerUSBTransport->Contents->info.plist Edit Broadcom2045FamilyUSBBluetoothHCIController_D idProduct = 2602 idVendor =32903 Update2: I think I got Sleep with lid fix, I used Rehabman's ACPIPoller.kext and DSDT patch Finally tested the mini DisplayPort to DVI. No issue at all, with full resolution and no hang Tried patching FB for HDMI, still causes hang and auto reboot...more testing needed

Use the bootpack from your Mavericks system. You probably just need to install voodoohda/AppleHDADisabler to /S/L/E Update: Hervé has uploaded his bootpacks here.
