yeah same here BT shows in usb but is not loaded for my hp elite book on 10.11 i have not tried adding my device id's to the new brcm kext

i used clover other folder to install. not a numbered one also some dsdt injections will not let osx boot. you can try booting without DSDT.

is there a EFI folder in the root of the USB stick maybe it's seeing that one? or it's reading the one from the hard drive?

another solution is to keep a backup of your own working system and not have to worry about bootpacks working. but alot of the time people just like things handed to them without having to break a sweat.

well do you have any of the things added between those revisions look here http://sourceforge.net/p/cloverefiboot (chameleon, stolen and rebranded)/code/commit_browseralso make sure your EFI folder is correct for your machine especially config plist it can get corrupted if opened in text edit app.

have you tried PCIRoot=1 npci=0x2000 you can also try booting without your graphics card and using the on board graphics to test -
please post the machines hardware specs. cpu, graphics, chipset stuff like that.

that last line has to do with your atheros card. it has not found region location 69 but how that affects your booting idk. does your machine have coreboot or VT-d options; and if so are they enabled in bios? -

you cannot control hdmi audio volume from pc. hdmi volume is controlled from the tv / monitor. maybe you are trying to "fix" something that is not broken? -

you can edit the info plist in voodoohda there is a mic fix option and some others you can try editing. -
